The Terms and Conditions issued by Card Cutters are applicable for all orders placed on our website or via raised invoice solution . Terms and Conditions for all orders placed over the telephone can be requested by getting in touch with us.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods/services you order before your order can be dispatched and accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
The prices payable for goods or services you order is as set out on our website. If due to economic conditions, there is a price change on any item on your order, we will phone to advise prior to the order being despatched.
Orders received before 2 pm will normally be dispatched the following bank working day subject to stock availability with the exception of Al Ain, Fujairah and Western Region . If we have insufficient stocks we will contact you either by phone or by email to offer you alternatives (if applicable) or arrange to send your order incomplete with the out of stock items to follow when in stock.
Credit Card Security
We use our own payment gateway powered by Mastercard for all our credit card Transactions. All transaction information passed between Card Cutters and Mastercard’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Mastercard are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering.
Card Cutters do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
All orders are carefully configured in our dispatch department as per your merchant application form . However, if you have reason to believe that damage may have occurred in transit we must be notified as soon as possible after the damage is discovered. If telephoning, please ask for dispatch – this will expedite any inquiry re your order. If the damage is obvious on receipt of the package please mark the carriers docket as damaged and try to retain the packing material as on occasion the carriers will wish to see this.
If a product is delivered faulty or a fault occurs within the first 14 days from the delivered date (and the fault is covered under the manufacturer’s guarantee) then we will collect the item and have it returned to us, where we will inspect and if found faulty, return the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If a fault occurs after the first 14 day period from delivery, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to return the item to us, where we will inspect and if found faulty return the item to the manufacturer for repair.
If the returned item is found to be not faulty and the error is down to incorrect usage or operator error, the customer will be liable for the carriage costs of the goods back to us and also for returning the product back to the customer. Any engineer/inspection fees may also be charged. This must be paid before the goods are returned to the customer.
Please ensure that all goods returned have a copy of the original delivery note/proof of purchase and stating the full reasons for return. Failure to do this may slow down any repair or refund.
We shall refund you, within 7 days (less any costs), the price you paid for any goods returned, PROVIDED THAT the goods are returned by you/collected by us at your own cost and received by us in as a new & unused condition.
